This class blends traditional Restorative yoga and Reiki into a beautiful reset for the mind, body, and spirit.

We will settle into classic restorative yoga postures, fully supported on the ground, to allow ourselves to settle in and truly relax.

While you rest, you're invited to receive both hands-on and distance Reiki, to support your body's own capacity to relax and rebalance.

All there is to do is soften and receive.

What this class offers:

• A true nervous system reset. Real, physiological down-regulation, beyond general relaxation

• Relief from chronic tension, fatigue, or a system that may not know

• how to slow down

• Support for better sleep in the days following class

• A chance to receive without needing to "do" anything
