Each session is a personalized, intuitive experience designed to support your healing, clarity, and alignment. Whether you're drawn to energy work, divination, Yoga Nidra —or a blend of modalities—we’ll co-create a session that meets you where you are.

Sessions begin with a brief check-in, followed by the healing or reading itself, and time afterward to integrate and reflect. You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself.

I’m Laura—Reiki Master, intuitive guide, and founder of Golden Willow Healing. My work weaves together energy healing, divination, and restful practices to support people in reconnecting with their center.

I came to these practices after years of suffering from PTSD, anxiety and the lingering effects of childhood trauma. These practices changed my life by helping me feel more grounded, regulated and connected to myself. It’s an honor to be able to offer to others what I needed most.

I offer gentle, joyful and grounded sessions using tools like energy work, divination and Yoga Nidra. Whether you’re moving through change, seeking clarity, or just needing space to rest, I’m here to hold space for whatever’s unfolding.
