Hi, I'm Laura, founder of Golden Willow Healing.

I'm a trauma-informed Reiki Master Teacher, divination practitioner (Tarot, Runes + Akashic Records), Crystal Healer, and Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga teacher based in Alameda, CA.

I came to this work the way most healers do: I needed it first. I spent years believing that if I just did enough, achieved enough, checked off enough boxes, I would finally feel okay. What actually changed things wasn't doing more. It was learning to slow down. Yoga, meditation, Reiki, crystals, divination. These practices didn't fix me. They brought me home to myself. My panic attacks became less frequent (almost gone entirely now). I left a toxic job. I started feeling joy again. Real joy as my new baseline.

That's what I want for you too.

Over the past 8 years I've trained in multiple modalities because I believe there's no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Whether we're working together through Reiki, Tarot, the Akashic Records, or a deeply restful Yoga Nidra session, my intention is always the same: to help you feel more calm, centered, and like yourself again. Especially in times of stress, transition, or growth.

I offer remote sessions worldwide and in person sessions throughout the Bay Area.
