“Join us for a very special Friday evening of Soundbath by the estuary —

this time with our wonderful guest, Laura Lukos,

who will wrap us in a beautiful, loving Reiki energy as we settle into deep restoration.

Jósa will as usual, add another healing layer through the magic of sound

— singing bowls, gong, shakers, chimes, and her soothing voice. ✨

And all of this will be intertwined with LIFE happening all around us…

pelicans flying by, possible seals popping up to say hello, and whatever other creatures decide to join us for the evening. 🦭🪶🌊

Bring your yoga mat, blankets, and ALL the soft, cozy layers you can think of. We’ll be settling into our backyard dock and letting the sounds, water, and evening atmosphere carry us into deep relaxation.

🌿 PRACTICAL INFO

You can park along the boulevard. It can get busy, so please be mindful and stay safe when parking and walking.

You’ll walk up to 3235 — the green house with the A-frame window. Enter through the gate on your right-hand side, between the green house and the red house. Follow the pathway all the way to the backyard, where you’ll find the dock. Please be mindful that there is some construction along the way, including ladders and other equipment.
