You can expect to be guided through breathwork to calm the nervous system, and a gentle series of shapes that allow your body to relax naturally under the weight of gravity. Perfect after a long energetic day, or just to promote a calm body and mind, or a good night of sleep. Beginner-friendly and suitable for any ability and experience level – newbies welcome!
