1:1 HEALING SESSIONS

I offer Reiki, Akashic Records, Tarot, Rune and Crystal Healing sessions. Explore below to find out which one is right for you! 60 and 90 minute sessions can include a combination of healing services.

REIKI

We will begin by discussing what you’d like the session to focus on and then move into hands on healing. In this session, I will use traditional Reiki hand placements and Reiki symbols to facilitate healing and deep relaxation. Studies have shown that Reiki treatments significantly reduce stress, anxiety and can help with pain and depression. Reiki can also be a great companion to Western medicine and is helpful after surgery or chemotherapy.

AKASHIC RECORDS

During this session, we will call upon your Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones to provide guidance about your current and past lives. The sessions are client guided, so be sure to prepare about 5-7 juicy questions before our appointment. It’s best to phrase these questions starting with What, Why and How as yes or no questions don’t always yield beneficial answers - after all, life is rarely as simple as a Yes or a No! This session is perfect when you’re looking for totally personal guidance (as the messages come from YOUR guides!) and an open conversation format. This is a very interactive session. The Akashic Records pair incredibly well with other divination tools and Reiki.

TAROT

In this reading, we will journey through the Tarot to gain a deeper understanding of the world around and within us. While Tarot can provide insight into the past, present and future, it’s definitely not fortune telling! A classic and well loved divination tool, Tarot gives us in depth and often precise guidance on how to move through the world as our truest selves. In combination sessions, Tarot pairs well with….everything!

RUNES

This reading provides unique spiritual guidance as we will be using the Ancient Norse divination system of the Elder Futhark. Together we will discuss their original meanings and how this guidance can be utilized in the modern world. The Elder Futhark contains 24 runes and these readings often provide broader guidance. Runes pair well with Crystals and Tarot and, of course, Reiki in combination sessions.

CRYSTAL HEALING

These sessions are a chance to dive into why you are drawn to specific stones. You will have the opportunity to pick stones from my crystal collection and the crystals selected provide a deeper understanding of your subconscious. The sessions will end with recommendations for crystals and ways to work with them for continued healing. A crystal reading is especially powerful when combined with Reiki. In a Reiki + Crystal session, we will start with a reading and end with a hands on healing session that include crystal placements on and around the body.
