Reiki is universal life force energy shared through gentle touch. It flows through the practitioner to the recipient like a one-way street, with no exchange of personal energy. This healing practice supports balance on the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels of the body. Many clients report a sense of wholeness and deep, restorative sleep after receiving Reiki.

In this small group Reiki session, you’ll be guided into a supported restorative yoga pose while receiving both distance and light hands-on Reiki from Reiki Master Laura Lukos. This intimate format makes Reiki more accessible and is perfect for:

• Trying Reiki for the first time

• Supplementing your personal practice

• Receiving from a new-to-you practitioner

• Creating regularity with energy healing

🧘What to Bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat (or rent one for $3). Dress in comfortable layers, as body temperature often drops during deep relaxation.

Laura Lukos is a certified Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Akashic Records Reader, and Yoga Nidra/Restorative Yoga Teacher. She creates deeply restorative experiences that invite the body to rest, digest, and heal.
