A Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Class for Deep Rest and Relaxation
This Restorative Yoga class is designed to help your body and mind unwind completely. Using supportive props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll rest in gentle seated and reclined postures (no standing poses) that allow tension to melt away naturally under the weight of gravity.
Each class concludes with Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep—a guided meditation practice that takes place during savasana to calm the nervous system, activate the body’s rest-and-digest state, and leave you feeling grounded, peaceful, and fully renewed.
Beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels—no experience required.
