This class is all about deep rest and relaxation. Restorative Yoga uses seated and reclined postures supported by props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters to help the body fully release into ease.

Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system
A supportive sequence of restorative poses
Time and space to relax into stillness, supported by gravity
Beginner-friendly guidance in a welcoming environment
✨ Restorative Yoga is perfect after a long day, to soothe stress and tension, or to prepare for a good night’s sleep. All levels are welcome — no prior yoga experience needed.
