Please note, Reiki Level I training will take place on Saturday, 12/6 from 12pm-4pm + Sunday, 12/7 from 12pm-4pm. You must attend both days.
Reiki is a Japanese word that represents the universal (“Rei”) lifeforce (“Ki”) that is within all living things. Delivered through a gentle touch or hands hovering 1-2” off the body, everyone can benefit from this non-harming, balancing energy practice.
As a non-invasive healing modality, Reiki promotes wellness, healing, and a sense of returning to wholeness. With experiences that range from subtle to profound, practitioners and recipients experience many benefits including less pain, improved sleep, intuitive guidance, as well as feelings of deep relaxation and self-healing.
Working with Reiki Master Laura Lukos, participants will receive their Level 1 Reiki Attunement. Level I Training involves 4 separate attunements, each of which clears and prepares the body to easily share this life force energy. Additional teachings will include: Reiki hand positions for practice on oneself and others; the history of Reiki and its guiding principles; and practical advice for sharing the practice with others.
Reiki Training is recommended for anyone who wants to relax, heal or deepen their spiritual practices and intuition! Whether you’re a caregiver or in need of care, Reiki can support you.

Reiki is an experience rather than an intellectual endeavor, and this training is designed to empower you at the start of your relationship with the energy. While there are many books and websites focused on the topic, the best way to understand it, is to experience it. If you are looking to “prepare” for the training, we recommend attending one of our classes or workshops that offer reiki or booking a session with one of our practitioners to experience receiving reiki.
The workshop cost includes the cost of all materials.
