In this heart centered and grounded group ritual, we'll spiritually and energetically explore and release roles and labels we experienced as children.

Through a guided visualization, you'll meet with your inner child and offer them the unconditional love and care they deserved all along. We'll seal in the energetic healing with a collective blessing ritual, helping to anchor the work in your energy body so your inner child can continue to receive nourishment and support.
