Are you curious about working with crystals? This workshop is perfect for beginners as we will cover a wide range of topics from selection and care to working with stones to heal common ailments.

Crystals are more than just pretty things the earth creates, they contain useful energy available to us. They are a powerful ally for grounding, self care and intention setting. We’ll discuss the energetic properties of a variety of crystals, how to cleanse, charge and use them in our self care and healing practices.

Participants will get to experience different crystal meditations, a group crystal healing and will leave with the confidence to incorporate crystals into their daily practices.

Cost: $40

Materials needed: Ideally, 7 crystals - one in the color of each chakra. Students are encouraged to have at least 7 for the group healing experience, even if they do not coordinate with the chakras. The studio has a variety of tumbles available for sale and can assist with chakra coordination as needed.
