Class will take place on Wednesday, September 30th in Astoria Park at 7pm.

Jaimie will lead a relaxing Restorative Yoga class, perfect for unwinding Mid -Week. 

Laura will offer Reiki healing, hovering her hands to ensure everyones health and safety. Please bring your own mat and blanket (2nd blanket and blocks optional)

Please note, this class is offered on with sliding scale pricing with options to give anywhere between $20-$40. Cost is not meant to be prohibitive, this is how the instructors put food on their tables 🧡.
